Jacqueline
Whitmore is the founder and director of The Protocol
School of Palm Beach – Florida’s leading etiquette
and protocol company. For six years, Jacqueline served
as the protocol officer and assistant director of public
relations for The Breakers in Palm Beach, Florida where
she advised hotel personnel on the nuances of dealing
with royalty, celebrities and other VIPs.
With
more than 14 years in the hospitality and tourism industry,
she held management positions with Northwest Airlines,
The Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel, and Sea World of
Florida.
Jacqueline
is the Cell Phone Etiquette Spokesperson for Sprint PCS
and is responsible for educating the public in the proper
use of wireless phones. She is also the founder of National
Cell Phone Courtesy Month in July. As a nationally recognized
expert in the field of etiquette, Jacqueline is frequently
quoted by national business, trade and consumer publications
and wire services. She has been featured on CNN, The Travel
Channel, in USA Today and The New York Times.
Her
awards include Business Associate of the Year from the
American Business Women's Association, Mrs. Palm Beach
County America 2000, and the 2003 Golden Web Award from
the International Association of Web Masters and Designers.
Jacqueline
is an associate and graduate of The Protocol School of
Washington and is a member of the National Speakers Association.
She has a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication from
the University of Florida.
